一：拒收各类礼品卡包裹

近期发现部分客户利用美国商家（如 Macy’s）的退货政策实施不当行为，通过“只退款无需退货”方式，将大量退款礼品卡寄至公司地址。此类操作可能导致公司地址被关联至异常退货行为，影响公司信誉及正常运营。

为防止此类情况再次发生，公司将从2025年11月17日（中国时间）起全面拒收各类礼品卡包裹。2025年11月17日（中国时间）之后我们再收到此类礼品卡包裹，均按照弃货处理。

Refusal of All Gift Card Packages

Recently, we have noticed that some customers have been engaging in improper activities by taking advantage of return policies from certain U.S. retailers (such as Macy’s). Specifically, these individuals request “refunds without returns” and have large quantities of refunded gift cards mailed to our company address. Such actions may cause our address to be linked to irregular return behavior, potentially damaging our company’s reputation and normal operations.

To prevent this from happening again, starting November 17, 2025, the company will refuse acceptance of all gift card packages. Any gift card packages received after November 17, 2025, will be considered abandoned and disposed of accordingly.

二、拒收 eBay平台包裹

我们美国仓库收到的eBay包裹均为二手商品，我司明确规定不提供二手物品的运输服务，所以从2025年11月17日起我司美国仓库拒收所有eBay平台的包裹。2025年11月17日（中国时间）之后我们再收到此类eBay平台的包裹，均按照弃货处理。

Refusal of eBay Packages

All eBay packages received at our U.S. warehouse have been identified as second-hand items. Our company strictly prohibits the shipment of any used goods. Therefore, starting November 17, 2025, our U.S. warehouse will refuse acceptance of all eBay platform packages. Any eBay packages received after November 17, 2025, will be considered abandoned and disposed of accordingly.
